Hi all,
Located in the beautiful Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia, Fair Dinkum Stamps operates as an online business that specialises in the stamps of early Australia and the states (formerly colonies) of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.
We also have a strong interest in early postmarks such as the numeral cancellations of New South Wales and Victoria, early circular datestamps and others.
Additionally, we sell relevant catalogues that cover Australia and associated specialist literature, as well as other philatelic equipment and accessories.
We look forward to learning from other members and contributing to discussions whenever we can offer information that may help.

Welcome to the forum!  Just curious, are you a refugee from that other forum? If yes, you’ll be DELIGHTED with how friendly this group is. It’s amazing what a great forum can do for your hobby. I’ve learned so much reading the newsletter and posts here and added new interests that were piqued by other’s enthusiasm and, best of all, met some WONDERFUL people! Sadly, in comparison, I quit collecting Australia after one month on SB. Philatelia, those South Australia pages are very nice.
I have most recently been active on another friendly forum - Stamp Community Forum - which I still enjoy very much.
While Googling something, I found a thread on this forum that I could provide an answer for, so I decided to join. I'm still waiting for the power to post (I tried but no luck) but I guess that will come soon.
I'm looking forward to sharing information and learning from the friendly people on this forum too.
