The poster was inside the new issue of USA philatelic - the one the United States Postal Service publishes. It’s free - you can request a copy online here; link

I just ordered the USA Philatelic from the USPS.
I created an account because I did not have one and of course the address is required. I live in the country in Texas, beautiful area, mostly wooded. Anyway, I occasionally have issues with the address being 'valid'. When I setup my account, the USPS system validates the address and indicated it was 'valid', however, when I tried to place the order the system indicated the address was invalid. Geezzz...
Our address has North in it at the beginning of the street name, indicated by N., I deleted the N. to see if it would accept it and it did but it updated the address with 'S.'. We receive mail and packages with 'N.', 'S.' and without either. Funny thing is our water company has a completely different address and in a different city. We do not actually live in a city but it is funny that the water meter is in a different city than the street address.
Some of the joys of living in the country. But I would not give it up!
