I am stuck on figuring out the country which issued each of the stamps below. Hopefully someone(s) can just eyeball them and indicate who issued them.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Bottom left
Belgium Tax stamp
If perforated 14, then it's COPBTX27, if perforated 14-1/4 x 15 then it is TX27A
Bottom rightHungary - if perf 9-1/2 and Litho Sc # 6, there is a engraved issue (1871-71) but it is listed as Lilac, 1871

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

You might want to get the StampIdentfier App if you have a smartphone. It can scan the stamp and will give you some possible options as to what it might be. It's fairly accurate - I tried it on yours stamps and although it didn't always find the denomination, it did come up with other stamps from the set. It will allow you to see the stamp on Colnect, where you should be able to search by the stamp series and see potential variants of the stamp.

Spain,issued Jan.1st,1870 Bulgaria,issued 1940; there are a number of variations of perforation,papers and watermarks.Except one,all are cheapies. Belgium,postage due Hungary,issued 1871 is the engraved one.Somewhat cheaper than lithographed one,but still in the range of € 100.- catalogue.
Mine looks like that:
Poor centering is normal for this issue. Michel list two colour-shades: blue-violett and red-violett. The stamp is very light-sensitive !

Bottom left, the Belgian postage due; if you look for it in Scott, you'll see that they list an original issue and a redrawn issue. Yours has the characteristics of the original issue. The redrawn stamps have thicker lines here and there (e.g., right side inner frame, left lion's tail and chest, etc.). Yours has the additional clue of a 1908 postmark, which predates the redrawn issues.

I can’t find these French Indochina stamps overprinted China it’s with what looks like a new value overprinted. The circular date stamp indicates “Canton Chine 21 Mai 1906.” likely the French offices in that city. Does anyone know where the stamps are listed? Too bad the block of six was cut from a cover!

In Scott, they are under French Offices in China, number 48. A4 refers to the design in the Indochina section. They were issued 1904-1906. Used, it is 2.10 each (in 2012 Scott Classic); on cover, the value for one stamp is $20.
Maury lists the stamps as Indochinese offices in China.
