My first attempt at making a page on Stamps of the World

For those that don't know, the web site www.stampsoftheworld.co.uk is attempting to make a comprehensive worldwide catalog of postage stamps available for free on the Internet.  Rather than make my own wiki for Ukrainian stamps, I thought it would be best to simply add to their collection.
