I came across these in a lot of card games I picked up today at the thrift store (didn't see them until after I got home). They appear to be some sort of collector trading card. The front side has a picture of the stamp and the back has a description and a place to put the stamp. Has anyone ever seen these before or have any idea who created them? Cursory search of the web shows nothing - probably need a better search phrase.

They are from the USPS Stamp Card program of the 1990s. I think the program was called the Treasury of Stamp Cards. Some of them came as part of a cardstock sheet that was rouletted. Are yours rouletted or pre-cut?
Somewhere in one of my archival boxes, I think I have an intact cardsheet. I got mine as a freebie from one of my buddies at one of the old philatelic windows (remember those?). I believe you could mail in a card and subscribe to them. They were intended for kids. But hey, when you can't give them away to kids, my buddy did the next best thing -- give them away to adults who act like kids!
Thanks for bringing back some not-so-distant memories!

Thanks for the information. Now that I know what they are called I looked them up - they are from 1995, uncut sheets are going for less than $10 (shipped). Mine unfortunately are not all in the greatest shape, but I do have all 25. There is also a set from 1996.
