can only hope I'm posting these in the correct place - would ask please that Admin. move if not - thanks. Am sure everyone is more than aware of the reaction of modern phosphor banded issues under ultra violet light - I am too, but not having dabbled in modern stamps for a very long time, have produced what you see here as a little amusement, and which some folk may not have seen before. Appreciate of zero academic interest, so just a little 'light show' on a dull U.K. morning. Also picture of the same stamps in what the buffs call 'visible light' (daylight) - is someone able to say what the luminous orange dots are for?

Hi paul1, the orange markings give postcode information, see my post here for the Royal Mail explanation. Daniel

thanks Daniel - appreciate the link with information, and definitely a case of fluorescence as suggested.
