I'm trying to determine whether Scott's has these two stamps listed. Colnect has them listed as Mi:CU Z34X, Sn:CU RA34, Yt:CU 447, Sg:CU 584. They are a postal tax stamp but Scotts doesn't have any tax stamps listed for Cuba. Does anyone know?  |

The right stamp could be RA16 in Scott. You might need to measure the left stamp or check the watermark?

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

I agree that the one on the right looks like a faded RA16. As cjd suggested you will need to check for a watermark on the rose red one. It is RA34 without a watermark or RA43 with one. |
