Very nice.
Looks like a roller cancel across the top, and a single hammer blow, bottom. Unusual.
Why was it struck twice?
Nice clear CDS unusual these days.
I had a lovely bunch of current Australian issues yesterday on piece, about $10 worth
and dropped them in the white spirit, turns out they were stuck down with sellotape
the stamps had no self stick adhesive. Obviously cleaned previously then reused and attached with sellotape.
Apparently PO fraud is alive and healthy.
