Purchased a Windsor album from an auction house. Wasn't expecting much but what caught my attention was this SG43 Pl 225 - the one I needed to complete the 71-225 set... Not A1 but in fair condition, very pleased to get it. Even if there was nothing else in the lot, the price I paid was pretty good. However..... as well as MNH complete George VI & QEII pre-decimal which I was quite chuffed with, the two bonus balls were the 1/2d bantam complete set including the scarce Plate 9 & a fine example of a 4 margin SG2 1d Black.

sounds a good deal - some good stuff - well done. I mostly struggle to like the 'bantam' - could be that I only ever find poor copies. Am impressed ............ "to complete my 71 to 225 set .....", so you have a 77 then? ;-)
If that is 357, looks to be the town of Hereford?
