I downloaded the 2022 US supplement from stampalbums.com.
Here is what Page 1 looks like unmodified
Here is what I did with it.
I didn't do much other than change the font to Helvetica Neue, make the stamp names bold, and make the country name bold and underlined.
It's a pretty simple tweak, but I think it adds just a little something to the page.

I modify Steiner pages all the time, but differently and more.
First, I save them in Word using a PDF to Word convertor (available online and often free). This allows me to edit them. Read the particular website's "how to" and follow it. Even stupid me can do this if I go slowly, so I figure anyone can.
I omit the borders entirely: You're in Word, so "Select" each border by tapping on it -- one page at a time -- then delete the border by hitting "backspace" and the border goes away. Takes only a few minutes to do.
Next, under the "Edit" tab, choose "Select All" to select the entire document. Save the document in Palatino Linotype (my preference, but Arial also looks good) which will change all writing on every page to a nicer font.
Then, page by page again, I change each page heading (the country name) to another font. To do that, highlight each country heading (click click on it) and save it as Engravers MT. This looks very much like a Scott Specialty-page font. Or any other font you like. Hey, it's a free country.
When headings or descriptions move too far to the right or left -- which sometimes happens -- I highlight it and then in "Layout," I find "Spacing" and use the "Left - Right" "Before" - "After" buttons to move the text left or right to center it again. This takes a little practice, but it isn't hard.
Takes a few minutes, but it's pretty quick. The result are pages that look more sophisticated, very much like Scott Specialty pages, and can be used in a Scott album without even being noticed as different. I think of this as the "Non-programmer/ I never took a computer class" page improvement system for simple people like me.
