Dear Philatelists, I’ve been collecting since a teenager and formed a little club @ grammar school. Spent some pocket money on FDC's ( hindsight is a wonderful thing ), and now stick to Brit Commonwealth, picked up a few at mixed and specialist auctions but I remain daunted by subtle differences particulary colours. I enjoy the sense of delicacy of stamps.
I also collect coins I hope to learn hear and to share with other members. Thanks |

Hey, welcome to TSF! I hear you about color variations; I'll never the difference between "lilac" and "pale violet", for instance, so I just muddle through. Anyway, I hope (and expect) you'll enjoy your time here.
