The next definitive series, used from 1983 to 1996, showing an old Andorran rectangular coin. The first two se-tenant issues are from a booklet. These do not show an old rectangular coin, but a family's arms from the late 16th century. The arms can be found next to the old main doorway of the family's mansion from ca.1580. Hopefully, in a few days, I shall provide more details as my stamps are in the post. Edit: Colnect does recognise what it is, but appears to consider the 'Casa de la Vall' a town hall. It was the old parliamentary building used by the Consell de la Terra (now Consell General) that acquired the building in 1702. The parliament moved to a new building close to the Casa de la Vall. It, still, is used for special sessions of the Consell General of (the orincipality of) Andorra. The house is open to visitors. Buy a combined ticket and you get a fun passport to be stamped at the participating 'museums.'

As promised. The Casa de la Vall was a mansion built in 1580 for the Busquets family. De Consell de la Terra that governed the principality acquired the mansion in 1702. It, still, is used by the Consell General on special occasions. Over the main doorway of the house appear the arms of the principality. To the right is a sculpted relief with the arms of the Busquets family. Seeing the post by @hrdoctorx I remembered I took a picture of the doorway with the two arms. It was too hard to resist buying these stamps. *
