I don't think you'll ever see anything posted like what you received in the mail on the APS website, but I think if you contact them, describing your situation, then perhaps they'll be able to help.

Their webpage describes their service better than I can, so let me post it here:

Because they control this pretty tightly, they may be able to pinpoint the sender who requested the mailing list info.

(Also, if I recall correctly, you're a relatively recent member of the APS? I think some people/dealers/organizations send material to new members. Unless someone did some Google research to find new members' contact info on the internet, then they also would've worked with the APS to get mailing labels.)
