I believe it is French used in 1879, can someone kindly give me more information and a catalog value. Thank you Unfortunately I don't have the Barefoot for French tax stamp, if anyone could be so kind I thank them in advance.

The color of yours (blue ink for overprint) looks more like the 1900 Y&T #384 Effets de Commerce (EC) 35c 600F a 700F In 2000 used CV was 2 Euros, the crease/dold would likely de'crease' value
