I bring to your kind attention this other revenue stamp which I believe is Forbin SG-ST R36 or Barefoot SG-ST R39, if anyone could conferm my guess and kindly give me a catalog value I would be truly grateful.

rex, in my Barefoot British Commonwealth Revenues (2008, 8th edition), it is listed under Malaya (Straits Settlement) and is no. 39, 20c lilac and green 1888-93 series. Catalogue value £2.
