I know when you buy kilo ware 99% of the stamps are used and abused. Is there such a place where a stamp collector can go and buy a philatelic lot of unused stamps? I know if you are interested in the oldest stamps of a country you are going to find almost everything is used and depending on condition that is okay.
Is there a dealer or company that sells clean unused stamps and stamps that are from postally know countries? Not dunes or some country no one has ever heard of but would make a nice addition to a collection and actually add value and not be a waste of time digging through a pile of junk. I tried once and the person sent literally 275 of the same US stamp. Never responded to my request to send the mess back.
If there is such a company or dealer offering such a thing I would really appreciate being made aware of such an opportunity.
