What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

The first 3 you have shown can be found listed under Cape of Good Hope in Scott catalogues. Forgeries are common and there are members on this forum that I am sure will have some input. The Scott numbers in order are 169, 170 and N8. The bottom 2 are from Great Britain of no great interest. The first one is an Official Stamp Scott O4 I believe. The last one is a common revenue stamp. I do not have a catalogue for those. I hope that helps l8u7se

That last one is known as a 'postal fiscal,' i.e., a fiscal stamp that became valid as postage stamp. As such, it is catalogued by Stanley Gibbons. The handwriting on the stamps, however, means this was used as a fiscal stamp. Stamp collectors prefer them either mint, or with a postal cancellation. This type exists with different watermarks.
