A retired IT specialist since January 2021, I'm returning to a passion from my youth (late 70s), philately. The hobby has changed a lot since then  , with all the resources now available on the Internet. I've acquired a few collections from acquaintances and at auction, and gradually, as my inventory grows, I'm taking an interest in other countries such as the United States, France, Monaco, Great Britain, Hungary, etc. As I wander around, I like to make discoveries of varieties such as paper types, different tagging, reentry or color variants, hence my interest in forums where it's possible to consult discussions or post questions on these subjects. What I collect: My focus is on Wild Mammals on maximum cards. Occasionally, I get or create maximum cards with other animals, or any other topic.

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50
