What I collect: Canadian stamps

Hello
I am from Quebec City, Canada.
I am a new / old stamp collector. I started in 1976 when my uncle, a passionate stamp collector gave me a small sample, a few shoe boxes, of his multiples of Canada and of the rest of the world as well as old copies of his old catalogues. I still have a 1968 edition of his Scott "European Countries and Colonies, Independent Nations of Africa and Asia"...
I focused mainly on Canada. Hand drew my own album that I maintained until 1991. Then graduate school, work and family took me away from the hobby.
A few months ago, I started rebuilding my Canadian stamp album using more modern and less demanding methods (AlbumEasy). I am starting to fill the numerous gaps in its 1991 to 2023 section. My collection is “classical”, Canada only. I have in mind to do something with the old stamps of Europe, Asia and the Americas that I still have from my uncle, but I have yet to define exactly what I will do. Maybe I will find inspiration here.

Welcome aboard I am from Quebec Just started making album pages for various countries Including Canada May be we can share notes As of today, I have written AlbumEasy code for 1850 to 2000. I like to have some text (at least a title) for each stamp or series of stamps. For some items. such as large sheets, I inspire myself from the Annual collection books of Canada post. For example, for large sheets that do not fit on a single page, I cut a hole in the page to see the other face of the sheet on the verso of the page. Now, I am still wondering: a) how to remove single self-adhesive stamps from their booklet and mount them. b) how to deal with the duplication of self-adhesive and water-activated stamps (same version with two methods). In catalogues, they have different numbers but I think I am going to ignore that....
