I came across these stamps in a collection I purchased and I'd like to catalogue them but don't know their numbers. Does anyone know?

From the State Revenue Catalog (I have the 2013 version) they appear to be as follows:
5 cents - ST130 with magenta to purple or violet overprint 10 cents - ST119 - without the overprint - I can not see the overprint in the scan. If it is there, the number is ST134 40 cents - ST134 with magenta to purple or violet overprint 50 cents - ST121 - without the overprint. It looks like there is some overprint there but not the same as the 10c & 40c, If it does have the overprint like the other2, it is ST135. Perhaps this is a double overprint, which is mentioned in the catalog, the number would be ST135a.
The overprint is magenta to purple or violet with the denomination numeral within a large "C". The "C" is very visible in your 40 cent variety.
I am unsure about your 10 cent and 50 cent varieties, just cannot see the overprint in the scan, looks like something is there.
Years 1930 - 133 for the non overprint varieties and 1932 - 1939 for the overprint varieties.
Hope this is helpful.

I should add that in the State Revenue Catalog, the revenues are identified by state. So, if another state has stock transfer stamps completely different from New York's, the catalog numbers would start with "ST" as well.
I have several state beer stamps and the catalog numbers start with "B" for each state.

rod222 - sorry this is a bit delayed. From left to right, top to bottom: 4 Dollars - ST141 perf 11 (1932-1939) ST155 perf 12 1/2 (1937?) 20 Cents Orange - ST3 (1905) 20 Cents Black - ST84 perf 12x11 (1916-1919) 2 cents Olive - ST79 perf 12x11 (1916-1919) Brown - ST80 perf 12x11 (1916-1919) 1 Dollar Red - There is no mention of a green overprint in The State Revenue Catalog, only mentions are of purple to violet. However, there is a flaw in the "O" of "OF" that is only mentioned for ST110 perf 11 (1924-1928).

rod222, I have to start of by saying I don't know. The State Revenue Catalog (version 2013) shows the 1 Dollar red with the 5 individual number '1' overprint as ST110, with the overprint being violet red or purple. My opinion - maybe the 'c' indicates a green overprint (no 'c' version in The State Revenue Catalog) so based on that, the number might be ST110c, in that catalog. ST104 is a 2 cent brown in the same series. I know that the state revenues numberings are/were in a state of flux as new variations were discovered. Also, maybe different catalogs have different numbering like Scott and Stanley Gibbons have different numbering. But, I think The State Revenue Catalog is the predominate one used for United States State Revenues. As an example of this, I have several State Beer stamps that I purchased maybe 20 years ago. When I got The State Revenue Catalog (in the past year) I discovered the numbers were wrong, likely they just changed. I believe the State Revenue Society (they published the catalog) was working on a new version but I have no other info on that. The 2013 version I have is the second and latest edition. Admin might know more about the catalog, he is the one that pointed me to it and that is the initial reason I joined The Stamp Forum. Sorry, a long rambling message that ultimately says 'I don't know'.

To the best of my knowledge, the revised catalog has been "in work" for the past several years with no indication as to when it may be ready for distribution. To rod222 's question regarding the overprint on the $1 ST104, these colorblind eyes think it is green.
