Found an oddity in some early French stamps I acquired recently. Have been unable to locate anything similar. It's from France and it's a 20c EMPIRE FRANC black on orange imperforate featuring Napolean III. It could just be a random photocopy as you can see a perforation line printed along the outside edge while apparently being an imperforate issue?... Anyone ever come across anything similar?
