I'm not quite sure why this letter has a British Columbia Private courier label that has been cancelled on the rear.
Perhaps someone can enlighten me. It does appear to be genuine commercial mail but a 75c local on a letter that cost 22c to send is odd to me (Apart from British Columbia being in a different country!).
