What software can measure dimensions of stamp images easily? I know Gimp has a measurement feature.
I know gimp does it but wonder what other software does it.

I find Stamp Analyzer (most of the time) easiest. PerfoMaster4000 requires a bit more 'hands on"

Thanks. I did realize I already had Perfomaster4000 although do not recall using it. I needed to double check my USB microscope. In the process, I learned my USB microscope platform is not parallel to the camera so the dimensions in the vertical direction are slightly off if you calibrate left to right,

In Perfomaster you have to mouse click where to measure from, and then drag the line to your end point. I find the endpoints a bit larger than needed so getting a more exact measurement is a bit more of a task, not to meantion making certain your line is parallel or level.
My digital camera on my dissecting scope, the field is so small it's not really useful for measuring Stamp Analyzer sometimes has difficulty detecting the outside frame ( cancellations can throw it off), but you can reposition manually
