Your 2f green booklet pane is from the Japanese installed puppet state of Manchuko. Listed in Gibbons as Manchuria province. 1936. SG 82 .
The listing appears in the Provinces following China proper in the catalogue. I have no info on booklets however.

Incidentally the two athletics. 4 blocks are Japanese from 1947 and 1948 ….SG 460-463 and 551-554 . Decent little blocks worth a few ££.
the Japan minisheet MS464 was issued in 1947 for philatelic week. It apparently was issued without gum.
I quote SG numbers as that is what is commonly used in the UK unless one wants a specialist catalogue
