Advertising and promotional stamps from Milkana

I have some stamps with on the back the name Milkana printed multiples times.
After some research, I found that in the 1960's the Milkana Company (cheese producer) put promotional bags of stamps in his products.
These were small plastic packs with three stamps in each box of cheese. These were always cheap and low values stamps, but mostly nice thematics.
So far I know that this were sold in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Germany. Probably also Luxembourg.
I have (or I have seen) stamps from Belgian Congo, Rwanda, Dubai, Hungary, Togo (republic), San Marino with such commercial advertising from Milkana.
I would like to know if these promotional stamps were also offered in other countries and if yes wich stamps were in the bags.
I would be very happy if you can share a scan.
