Going through about 100 of these I noticed what I think may be a plate flaw. It is unlisted in Scott. Take a look at the three middle stamps - notice to the right of the right 3. I added the top and bottom 3 so you could compare. What do you think? Plate flaw?  |

Very observant. In this case, not a plate flaw, but an inking issue. You can see the flaw in other areas of those 3 stamps as well. For example, if you look at the left stamp in the middle row, there are inking issues in the "AGE" of "POSTAGE".
