Hi there. I am starting on this forum my journey in the mystery of stamp collection. A newbie about everything stamps, I got myself the mammoth task of organising many stamps from my wife's grandfather that I plan to catalogue and present to my grandchildren properly. Talking about kilos of worldwide stamps in used and mint condition, mainly from the 1860s to 1950s, I am searching here and in other discussion forums for a way to fast-tracking my knowledge about watermarks, perforations, postal marks, definitives, commemorations, forgeries, gums, dead countries, album creation programs, etc. So, thank you for having me.

Welcome to the forum and greetings from Belgium. I started again in 2020 with collecting stamps and the best way for me to start was to take a huge pile of stamps and then sort them by country. Once that is done you can sort out the duplicates per country. And then you can start to store them in albums just the way you like it and want to do it :-)
