Hi all.
My name is Derek and I am a relatively new collector of Irish postal material, having taken up the hobby during COVID.
My main ambition is to collect all the Ireland stamps issued between 1922 and 2000 in unmounted mint condition. I am about 80% there.
I am also interested in collecting postal history relating to the formation years of my country, 1922 - 1945, particularly material relating to the military.
I am also putting together a collection of postal history relating to my home town of Kilcock, County Kildare.
I look forward to sharing some of my collection as well as availing of the expertise available on this foruum
