Wasn't sure where to put this thread, so move it if you must. Picked up this rather interesting book today at the old book and paper show in Toronto. Though I was able to get a couple of philatelic books, this one is, I think, pretty interesting. Entitled "Brief for a General Parcel Post", it is a presentation from David J. Lewis, a Congressman from Maryland to the Chairman of the Joint committee on General Parcel Post, and the Postmaster General of the US. Published in 1913, the booklet is in remarkable condition, and contains two fair sized pull out graphs. I can't guarantee I'm going to be able to glean anything from this book, but if I figure it out, I'll let you know.
