Hello, everyone. My name is Owen, and I moved from Connecticut a few years ago to live on Cape Cod. I collected as a kid for several years; however, like many of us, life caused me to put my stamp collection on hold until I retired. As a kid I collected US, Vatican City, and United Nations all mint in a mixture of albums, but I always had a worldwide collection as well in one of those old Scott Award albums. I am twelve years into retirement, belong to two stamp clubs back in CT which I zoom into, and my collecting habits have broadened to used stamps, worldwide, from the beginning to 1965. Recently, I purchased the EZ Stamp program, and I am using it to gain a better understanding of what I have. This hobby has always had interest for me, but in retirement, I have had much more time to engage and thus have learned a great deal. That said, I still feel myself to be a novice with much more to learn, and this forum, I hope, will help me on my collecting and learning journey.
