259 differing Latvia
225 Estonia 14 Triangles
256 Lithuania 24 triangle designs
Ukraine 261 with 20 triangle designs
Russia 70

These "stamps" are purported to have been applied, anonymously to
letters sent to various Soviet officials, during the cold war
