Welcome to the Forum Lee! I just finished placing a few stamps from Iran and Iraq into my collection. Not quite the inverted quality you posted though.

Welcome to TSF, Lee ( bluecollarstamps) I am a pre-1930 WW collector, and I have some Persia. It is my understanding that most if not all of the early stamps have been both reprinted and forged, so I have assumed that mine are likely to fall into those categories, too, and I haven't attempted to organize them. Now that you are here, perhaps the time has come. By the way, where in California are you? I am in the Ontario-Upland area in Southern California. Also, I am the Editor of the TSF Newsletter, and it would be great if you are interested in writing an article for an upcoming issue. The current issue, recently published, may be found here: thestampforum.boards.net/thread/11901/current-issue-volume-jul-2024Welcome again, and I hope you will enjoy your time with us! -Chris
