I am working on a lot from Cuba and found the below stamps. No pictures in Scott (#697 and #699) and unlisted in the Jones/Roy Handbook of the stamps of Cuba. Then it caught my eye - something about these stamps is off. I found another #699 and placed it next to the one I found (see the second picture). Definitely the wrong color. Then I looked at both stamps with a glass - looks like a double transfer to me. what do you think?

Color misregistration, not double transfer.
In the last pic, I think one of the colors is underinked for one of the stamps, noticeably affecting the greenish and orange/yellow shades. I don't know the original printing colors for the stamp, so can't really tell you which color is underinked.
