I have come across a couple of early 1900 published works by 'learned" people, and after their name are the initials C.M.Z.S.
Does anyone know what this stands for? In both cases it follows Dr. Sc., or M.S. which I take is their main title.
I tried every way I can think of in searches with no luck. I'm thing the Z.S. may be Zoological Society
what does it have to do with stamps you ask?... well i'll looking for early works on 'color'
Cheers Stan

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50
