 I collect Swedish town cancels, and am trying to decode which town this stamp passed through on October 4th 1905. "HYTTE" means "hut" or "cabin", and "HED" means "heath". I have browsed through my 1987 Facit Ortstampelkatalog, but unfortunately it lacks a reverse index... |

Ah, you're right: GRYTHYTTEHED. Nice scrabble score, but hard to guess. And "GRYT" means "pot" so it's basically a place where one would find a cooking pot 🍲 on a warm fire 🔥 in a hut 🏠 - very homely Thanks!  (note the mysterious red cancel - what is that?) |

The red is almost certainly a UK. LONDON PAID arrival mark on incoming mail
