A google search for C.7191/50 reveals a similar item was sold at Millenium Philatelic Auctions in 2018 so you can see the original contents. I'm guessing that it was probably bought for the Specimen stamps.

Thanks ... just what I wanted to see. I'll take out the extras and recreate the booklet to match what you have posted. I'll keep everything together, though, as a reminder about the previous collector's interests.

I worked on removing the duplicates and non-CTO stamps from my booklet. All of the CTO stamps have a very, very light cancel. What is left is shown below: Now it looks like the example that michael posted. However, I also notice that this item was also included. A bonus? In any case, this is how I'm going to store and display it. Thanks for everyone's help.
