I am learning about stamp perforations and recently came across a stamp labeled "Rouletted Perf". I have included a picture of the stamp. I plan to include this stamp in a stamp exhibit I am working on. How important is it to identify this perforation, and would it be worthwhile to bring it to a viewer's attention?

Two different ways of separating stamps, Roulettes are tiny cuts with knife blades, / \ / \ in your example, whereas perforations are punched holes oooo
Rouletting generally is a simpler and cheaper process but often gives unsatisfactory separation.
You only need concern with measuring if there are more than one gauge recorded. Go by the catalogue.
