Hello all:
my name is ken. I am 80 years old and getting back to collecting stamps after being away for 60 years. Allot seems to have changed. I am collecting used USA stamps as well as perfins which I have just discovered. How fascinating are they! I live in Albany , NY. I have lots of questions which I hope to find answers to on this forum.
