Hi,

The Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment Stamp was officially released on 18 October 2013. I tried to order it online prior to the release date but Canada Post website was giving trouble and the item was not available for purchase. I thought I would try again today but it's already sold out! Anyone else got this problem?

Looks like it really is sold out. You could try to mail order it from the National Philatelic Centre, I know they hold a percentage of all items for mailed in orders. Otherwise, you might find it in stock at a Post Office location somewhere.
