I am a long-time collector and student of Indian philately. I have an extensive collection of British India starting from1790 (pre-stamp) to 1947. I focus on early India cancellations, pre-stamp covers (especially from Madras presidency), combination covers of Indian stamps used with stamps of other countries, unusual destinations, and “small service” stamps and covers.
I am a member of India Study Circle and APS. I look forward to making new friends and acquaintances in this forum.

I don't collect India States. I do have many covers where India State stamps have been used in combination with British India stamps.

What I collect: My focus is on Wild Mammals on maximum cards. Occasionally, I get or create maximum cards with other animals, or any other topic.

Welcome! Do you have maxicards? You can always create some, like with wildlife stamps. White tiger, especially.
