I think I will change the Youth section to Newbies, I need a few suggestion's for a name for the section. I will create a section with tutorials and basics of stamp collecting. It will be a information hub for new collectors. So if anyone want to help please post your ideals here . I guess we should have "I just inherit a collection" thread, Maybe a few reviews of different albums and maybe how to use a catalogue . Things that a new collators would find invaluable. Also Zipper mention a Glossary I sure we could find one on the web that's public maybe a direct link to askphil. My goal is to make this forum a one stop shop for new collectors. I also want to have a album making tread many here are a dab hand at making albums with MS word or using stiener pages. This is what new collectors and even experience collectors will find useful. Maybe a name for the section should be THE EVER LEARNING CURVE OF STAMP COLLECTING I know one of our members did a great review of different albums on a sister forum that might like to do something similar here. So this will the project over the next week this and the links and tools page. Now to open up my album and relax for a bit before I hit the sack. I look forward to your ideal's

Possible board titles are "Stamp Collecting 101" or "The Basics of Stamp Collecting"

If we have to pick on one I would prefer "The Basics of Stamp Collecting" it sounds much more professional and serious, the other may not mean much to non US based collectors that are not used to TV talk. My 2c worth

I prefer the latter as well but to clarify, the "101" term derives from academia. In the U.S., most introductory collegiate-level courses are numbered 101.
