An 1895 documentary revenue 2kr, by all appearances cancelled on leap day? Wow! nice piece of Pmk spotting. Nice stamp. Indeed a leap year, "Rare diseases day" leap years only. I am not sure if Philately qualifies.... Cancellation : Norrbotten

Here is my radiolicens 10kr, used in 1945. Nice. Yours is line rouletted, mine perforated. Here is the revenue, engraved by Czeslaw Slania, signed by Slania, from a treatise by Anne Mette Heindorff (Denmark), the stamp from a collection of Harold A Short (USA)

I figured perf vs. roulette was enough of a difference to otherwise essentially repeat a stamp in quick succession...and at much lower quality than yours, to boot.
I really like that 30kr example.

Charles Whiting was a printer. The son of James Whiting who founded the Beaufort House Press on a site that is now occupied by The Dorchester Hotel, London. James introduced the compound plate printing method invented by the second Sir William Congreve. Compound plates were interlocking printing plates that were inked separately and then assembled for printing. Embossing could also be done using such plates. I showed an example of Charles Whiting's work here but he also produced stamped paper for India, see here, and Sweden as below. Although a later use and with light embossing. This is a title deed document from 1900 consisting of two folios each with its own revenue., 2 kronor and 1,50 krona. Each folio is also watermarked with the revenue amount in words.
