Scott lists the 1898 pale blue Postal Telegraph Company stamp as 15T17 with a 2011 CV of $2.25. The stamp was typographed by Knapp & Co. and was issued in booklets with panes of 4. That year's stamp also came in rose (15T18) with a 2011 CV of $325.
Postal Telegraph reorganized in 1891 as the Postal Telegraph-Cable Company and in 1943 the company merged with Western Union Telegraph Company.

Some recently acquired telegraphs of my own. I think these are cool! Prepaid Telegram stamps from American Rapid Telegraph Co. 1881
Western Union 1880 (similar to Rod's above) Also similar to Rod's first post here, but later vintage. Postal Telegraph Cable Co. 1901 (in a lovely sea green!)

Got this in the mail yesterday as a bonus with some Iwo Jima covers I bought. Just thought it was an interesting cover.

Great graphic on the back, Mike. I also love the window cut-out.
