Hello to all! Nice to see some familiar faces here! My primary collecting interest is Russia, with particular emphasis on Soviet postal history of the 1920's and 1930's. I have also ventured into one of the most difficult areas of Russian philately, Armenian monogram overprints of 1919-1920, obtaining severe headaches in the process. A secondary area of interest is that of the Large Hermes Heads of Greece - another subject to ease one's mind with! I hope to be able to contribute in the discussions of the forum.

Welcome Vasia! Your knowledge of the Hermes Heads will be appreciated, to say nothing of your main Russian interests.

Welcome, Vasia! I hope you'll enjoy it here -- it's a very nice place.
I have so many questions about Large Hermes Heads -- once I get back to that collection (really, accumulation), I may ask you some questions on here!
