What I collect: Worldwide USED up to the 1960's, later years from countries that came into existence after then, like Anguilla, Tuvalu and Transnistria.

I'm curious if recent discoveries are still being made of forgeries of classical stamps that were created during the classical period (pre 1940)? Or do folks think all these old forgeries have been found?

I think most classical forgeries have been found. Most are identifiable comparing them to genuine specimens.
Then again, who knows? There might still be some unknown Sperattis out there. There have been examples of stamps people thought were genuine (and had been expertized so for 50 years), but modern technology have proven otherwise.
