Hello everyone, My name is Ray Petersen and I live in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. I have been a stamp collector since the late 1960s, joined the APS in 1973. I started out collecting the entire world, over the years my collecting interests have evolved to the point where I now collect Cinderellas of all types from the Danish area (Denmark, Greenland, DWI, Faroes). I am also a dealer (since around 1980) specializing in worldwide Cinderellas. I trade under the name of Connecticut Cinderellas, and I have a website and storefront at: www.ctcinderellas.com and a Facebook business page at: www.facebook.com/PosterStampsI look forward to participating on this forum, but I anticipate that most of my activity will be in the Cinderellas section.

Hi Michael, Yes - I did recognize your name when I saw it on the forum. I have been following threads on a Facebook group, www.facebook.com/groups/19028887128/ and somehow ended up at the TSF forum. When I tried to register I realized I had already registered on Proboards. It is hard keeping all of the different sites organized in my own head - but this one seemed to have a significant active following in the Cinderellas section, so here I am! Over the years I have accumulated a vast quantity of cinderella material. As I have cherry-picked lots that I purchased to put the better items into my working inventory, the rest of the stuff ended up in boxes and bins. Since I can barely turn around in my office and storage areas, I decided to start selling off some of the bulk material. I have been putting together mixed lots (as you know) and other lots for eBay, and if unsold it ends up in my online storefront. I have not had any new lots listed since December, but I am hoping to get back at it soon. I look forward to chatting with you and the other members here about cindy's. Ray

Ray,
Welcome to TSF! I appreciate your focus on cinderellas but please don't restrict your participation to only the cindy section. Your input is welcome across the forum.

If / when you do get back to selling on eBay, please post a note directing us to the auctions - I'm not a big cinderella purchaser myself, but I'd like to have a look at least! And welcome to the forum as well. Ryan

Hi everyone, Thanks for the warm welcome. I will probably browse around some of the other sections here as well, but most of my activity will be focused on the Cinderellas section, since that is where my interest and (most of) my expertise lies. I will certainly post a notice when I have new listings on eBay, which should start in another week or so. Once I get back on here, I will pretty much have stuff listed constantly. I don't want to clog up this forum with sales announcements, but I also post notices on my business Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PosterStamps so if you go there and "like" my page you should get notifications that way. I am also creating a bulk email mailing list to notify customers, so if you want to be notified by email just drop me a note at ray@ctcinderellas.com and ask to be added to m mailing list. Put "eBay listings" in the subject line so I will e able to spot your request quickly. Best regards, Ray

You are welcome to put a link to your eBay in your signature that way its constant. We have a section in the sales area link where you can put links to your sales.

Welcome, Ray! Sorry I hadn't made it over to this board before you very generously helped me out with help on some of the etiquettes I posted over on another thread.
It's a very nice group of knowledgeable people here. I know you'll enjoy it!
