I was graciously invited here quite awhile back but had put the collection aside for almost a year. I bookmarked the site in favorites and just realized I had yet to pop in and say hello. In the middle of a new house move but have already re kindled the philatelic flu (no cure) so I hope to be a regular here absorbing more knowledge than I can repay. Hope all the firmiliar names are in great spirits and good health--- Chris-NitroLures

Hi Chris Welcome - although I'm fairly new here myself (I've been prolific on other stamp philately/deltiology forums in the past). My situation is similar to yourself - built a new house and moved a few months back. The whole process took about a year and a half and involved having to move into a rental property until the new one was completed. So, still in a mess, stamps still mostly in boxes.

Hi Bas , Like most names here yours is very firmiliar from other places and I am sure this board will feel like home. The move I'm doing is not to a new, but different house so not quite the daunting task of building from scratch. However being in the same place for the last 20+yrs I am quickly realizing just how much "stuff" I have accumulated . Fortunatly the trash man has no problem with my 12-20 bags a week. As long as Mrs Nitro doesn't toss a tote full of covers to the road I am content cleansing my life.

Was away for awhile and then just couldn't resist anymore. Now have a desk full of new goodies to scan and check and probably looking at unloading a bunch of stuff as well. Most important is getting back to learning sharing and just good ole stampin fun.
