Ah I remember these from the old Publisher's Clearing House offers. First they tell you that you can win $1,000,000. Then you have to pick the subscriptions you want to buy to be eligible. Then you find the 'Special Offer' stamp and affix that to the correct spot for the bonus draw.
We were never interesting in subscribing so my family never sent these away. It was always good fun as a boy sticking the stamps to.. well everything. Sadly I don't think any of them survived.

Are you sure they were Publisher's Clearing House selection labels? To me, they are more reminiscent of the Columbia Records Club during the late 60's and early 70's. Initially the subscriptions were for Vinyl and later for Tapes.
