Hello everyone! Was out on another road trip, came back, next thing you know, a new stamp board has popped up. Looking good! Good to see some friendly familiar usernames here. Looking forward to meeting some new collectors, learn new things about stamps and stamp collectors. I've had a chronic illness for over 40 years. Technical name is philately. No known cure, but I've learned to live with it. Enjoy your stamps everyone! k

OK, thanks. I've changed it from the ProBoards No Avatar Default (no hair) to ProBoards Default Avatar (with hair).
I'll get around to uploading an avatar... eventually...

Howdy to you too, scb!
Sorry I haven't been active at your blog, but your website makeover looks nice!
BTW, I've had a major change health change recently -- in the past couple of months, my (other) disease has apparently gone into remission. It's been a pretty dramatic change. I can email you the details if you are interested.

Thanks, ausbrasilien and Jerry! Actually, I've been on this board for 7 years. This is an old introductory thread that got revived.

It's interesting from time to time, to look back on old threads. Introductory threads have some real potential for intrigue, especially when someone has been active for years. Looking back to see what they wrote in their first post can be quite fun. Thanks to ausbrasilien for reviving Kim's ( khj) intro thread.... I had never seen it before, since I didn't join the Forum until 2016. It has been fun to see some posts from those who were active in the early days of the Forum. Anyway, really glad that you are still active with TSF, Kim, after all this time.... great stuff!

It's interesting from time to time, to look back on old threads. Introductory threads have some real potential for intrigue, especially when someone has been active for years. I often find myself curious about a member's introduction. The easy way to find it is to click on the member's username to view their profile, then I choose the link for their recent threads. Then you can look at the oldest threads they started, and their introduction will usually be among them. (Unless somebody has added new posts to an old intro thread, in which case it gets sorted with the date of the most recent post in the thread ...) Ryan
