Years ago I read an article about parcel post cancellations, I believe it was in the APS rag......I find a few every now and then, tucking them in a stock page waiting to get enough material to make a "collection"...... I had an occasion to load a few things to PhotoBucket, figured it might be a good time to show some of my findings.
Every stamp below was found in large auction lots, all except the 1st stamp.... Scott's #679 Nebraska overprint. Found this on Ebay, I was the only bidder......

I would hope the cancel is legit, my thinking is if it were fake, the creator would have used the word "parcel" in the cancel.....

stock page 2...... The 1st two blocks were purchased for the cancels...... all others were found sorting through thousands of loose stamps
